The Soul

I often write about the three minds; The conscious mind, the sub-conscious mind and the super-conscious (see www.theartofwarogers.com). The conscious and the sub-conscious minds control our internal and external reality in our three dimensional world. Our super-conscious mind is our connection to the universal mind, the source of creativity. It is the final stage in the process of thought manifestation.

 A vision or thought develops in the conscious mind, it is then transferred to the sub-conscious mind, and it is then transferred to the super-conscious mind.  This process has been knowingly or unknowingly used to create everything around you, including you. In his book “Growing Up in Heaven” the gifted medium, 

James Van Praagh, describes the soul this way: “what Scientists, 

metaphysicians and psychologist refer to as the super-conscious mind, is actually the soul; the source of all intelligent energy wherein our true selves”.

Praagh does not see the soul being the same as spirit; he sees the spirit as being the ethereal counterpart of the physical body and the soul being our entire essence; where spiritual power emanates from. According to praagh there are many levels of spiritual attainment but four primary levels are; The Young soul, the Mature soul, the Old soul and the Earth Angel.

The Young souls are good at attracting other souls that can propel them to prominence, and have little regard for how their actions affect others. The Mature souls are more conscious of themselves as spiritual beings. They are more emotionally involved with life, people and situations. Material possessions do not rule their lives. These souls have consideration for all life; human, animal or vegetable.

The Old souls are the most advance, they live to enhance human values. Usually, they are not rich or prominent. Most old souls are teachers of life, healers, or light workers. Their focus is to make the world a better place. The Earth angels have the characteristics of an old soul, with an intense sense of clarity and a compassionate way of handling others. They have a natural inclination to draw people to them because of their light.

I have learned to respect and embrace the ability to connect with loved ones who have transitioned to a different dimension.  Science has proven that we are all energy and according to science energy never dies it only changes form.

Many are aware of the television show inspired by James Van Praagh “The Ghost Whisperer” starring Jennifer Love Hewitt; this should not take away from the believability of his gift and the rich source of information in his books which include” Unfinished Business” and “Growing Up in Heaven”.

There is a direct relationship between understanding the energy of your soul and the balancing of mind, body and spirit.
